Tame a Strigid Owl early in Teldrassil. It gives you a clean early route into Screech for later group pulls.

Put an owl in the pack and use Screech to reduce nearby melee damage. That is where the family earns its dungeon slot. A single target does not show the same strength.

Screech matters when several mobs are hitting the same target. Its value is strongest in dungeon pulls.
